Your Complete User Agreement

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any service offered through phv8.net (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and phv8 ("phv8", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close any existing account.

These Terms apply to all users of the phv8 Platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

The phv8 Platform is intended exclusively for adults. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR-aligned operating standards, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to open and maintain an account on phv8:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active account.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you place any bet or wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phv8 or any PAGCOR-recognized exclusion program.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of phv8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phv8 employs Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in line with Anti-Money Laundering Act ("AMLA") requirements applicable in the Philippines. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation during account verification or prior to processing withdrawal requests.

To access the full range of phv8 services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on phv8. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. phv8 is not liable for losses arising from outdated account information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phv8 immediately at [email protected]. phv8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
• Account Currency: All phv8 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

phv8 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, or violation of any provision of these Terms.

phv8 supports a range of Philippine payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph. Additional methods may be introduced or removed without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ₱100.00. Minimum amounts for specific payment channels may vary and will be displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits typically credit to your phv8 wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: phv8 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Own Account Rule: You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. phv8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Anti-Money Laundering: phv8 complies with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. Transactions that appear suspicious may be flagged, delayed, or reported to the AMLC.

All funds deposited to your phv8 account must come from a source that you legally own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party to fund your account, is strictly prohibited.

phv8 offers various bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is active may forfeit the prior bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse and Fraud: phv8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any form of bonus exploitation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: phv8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

phv8 offers a diverse library of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, sabong, Ludo Quick, and Monster Mine. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

• Game Results: All game outcomes on phv8 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games, and by live real-world event outcomes for sports betting and sabong. phv8 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bet Acceptance: phv8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where a technical error has occurred in the display of odds or game state.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, phv8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies where applicable under individual game rules.
• Sports Betting: Bets on PBA, NBA, UAAP, UFC, boxing, and other sports markets are governed by phv8's Sports Betting Rules, available in the sports section of the Platform. In-play bets are accepted at phv8's discretion and may be suspended at any time.
• Maximum Winnings: phv8 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, or per day. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting section.

phv8 uses geolocation and IP verification tools to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements. Attempting to circumvent these tools, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phv8 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using aliases, family members' identities, or fictitious persons.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Laundering money or using phv8 to process proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward phv8 staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

All content on the phv8 Platform — including but not limited to the phv8 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, data, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of phv8 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phv8 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any phv8 software or content.
• Use the phv8 name, logo, or branding in any context that implies an official affiliation or endorsement without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the phv8 Platform for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of phv8 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with full details of your claim.

phv8 is committed to protecting the personal data of all users in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By registering an account, you consent to phv8's collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our full Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Data Collected: We collect personal information you provide during registration and KYC (name, date of birth, address, government ID), transactional data (deposit and withdrawal history), gameplay data, and technical data (IP address, device type, browser).
• Purpose of Processing: Your data is used to operate and improve the Platform, verify your identity, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and communicate promotional offers where you have opted in.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phv8, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if phv8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from events beyond phv8's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption to Platform services due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

The phv8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phv8 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phv8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

phv8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• Failure to comply with a KYC or AML documentation request within the specified timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Upon account closure for cause, phv8 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where account closure results from legitimate player request and no breach of Terms is found, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account after standard verification procedures are completed.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the phv8 Platform, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting our support team at [email protected]. phv8 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full resolution within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

phv8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on phv8.net unless a specific future effective date is stated. Where changes are material, phv8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page and on the page header. Your continued use of the phv8 Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
